TAKE THE FERRY FROM PORTAVADIE TO TARBERT
FROM TARBERT TAKE THE ROAD SIGNPOSTED TO CAMPBELTOWN, THEN HEAD TOWARDS THE ARRAN FERRY AND CARRADALE.
This traditional 19th Century holiday cottage is situated in the peaceful village of Carradale on the Kintyre coast. Both the Living and dining areas have picture windows with stunning views over the Kilbrannen Sound to the Isle of Arran.
The area around the holiday cottage has abundant wildlife including the harbour where there are 2 resident seals, often seen from the Lounge and Dining room windows. The area is ideal for fishing and walking/cycling.
Hermione lives in the garden next to the window. She was made by Chainsaw Craft who’s workshop is just off the road leading to Buckhyne from Dunoon.
Evening view of Carradale harbour. The fishing boats are home for the night so Sam, the resident seal and his mate are not in sight.
